By creating an account or joining the Wowly waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Wowly. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Wowly is a course platform that teaches non-technical people to build and deploy digital products using AI. We provide course content, a learning platform, community access, and coaching sessions depending on your plan. Course content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We offer a 14-day refund policy for all plans — if you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email hello@wowly.tech for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Founding member prices are locked for life as long as your account remains active.
All course content, including videos, written materials, prompt templates, and code examples, is owned by Wowly and protected by copyright. You may use the content for your own learning and product building. You may not copy, distribute, or resell Wowly content without explicit written permission.
The Wowly community is for builders supporting builders. You agree not to post spam, offensive content, or content that violates others' privacy. You agree not to use the community to promote competing products. Wowly reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these standards.
Wowly provides educational content and tools. We cannot guarantee that following our course will result in a successful product or any specific level of income. Results depend entirely on your effort, ideas, and execution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wowly is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Wowly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
